So far, everything went smoothly. Delivery took only a few days after placing the order. I bought a V 1.0 scanner and used it to check the airbag system. It found an already solved issue so I used the tool to turn off the dashboard light. I also updated the software as per the instructions on the site without any problems on the way.

Even though I have not used the scanner on my car yet I can say that it is well built and the screen images are very crisp. I have updated the software and found this procedure very easy to accomplish. When I need to use the scanner I will leave another review telling how well it worked. Hi. When trying to decide on buying the unit I think it would be assistance if you could be clearer on the website on the abilities of the unit for each car. This may not be easy but the clearer it is the easier it is for a amateur like me.

The product is fine and easy to use
updated Mercedes to danish with Windows, it does not works at a mac that is a shame
when I bought the product you promised to deliver a gift ,diagnostic extension cable - I did not get this :(
